Account deletion

Delete your Flirt Lab account and data.

Use the in-app controls for the fastest deletion, or send a verified request if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete your account in the app

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Flirt Lab and go to Settings.
  2. Under Danger Zone, choose Delete account.
  3. Review the data and subscription warning.
  4. Continue and confirm deletion.

Android

  1. Open Flirt Lab and go to Settings.
  2. Under Danger Zone, choose Delete account.
  3. Review the data and subscription warning.
  4. Continue and confirm deletion.

In-app deletion is designed to start immediately. Backups are removed through their normal rotation schedule.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@flirtlabai.com from the email linked to your saved Flirt Lab account. Use the subject Flirt Lab account deletion request.

We may ask you to verify control of the linked email before processing the request. We process verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Guest accounts: Guest accounts that were never linked cannot be identified by email. Delete a guest account from inside the app while you are signed in.

What deletion covers

Data that is deleted

Your Firebase account, account-linked profile, matches, production conversations, associated metadata, recoverable wallet, unused paid and bonus virtual currency, and account-linked subscription records are deleted.

Data that may be retained

We may retain de-identified or aggregated analytics, model-improvement data no longer linked to your account, backups awaiting normal rotation, pseudonymized safety records, and non-account-linked purchase-token fingerprints used to prevent replay. Billing, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may be kept when required.
