Deleting your Flirt Lab account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

Is Flirt Lab a dating or matchmaking service?
No. Every profile represents a fictional character and character replies are AI-generated. Flirt Lab does not connect you with real people.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app, find Danger Zone, choose Delete account, review the warning, and confirm. You can also follow the instructions on the account deletion page.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include whether you use iOS or Android, your device and operating-system version, your Flirt Lab app version, what you expected, what happened, and steps that reproduce the problem. Avoid emailing passwords or full payment details.
Where can I report unsafe or inappropriate AI content?
Use the report control available in the app when possible, or email support@flirtlabai.com with the profile name and a description of the issue.
Can support see my full payment-card number?
No. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Flirt Lab receives store transaction and entitlement information, not your full payment-card number.
